We have worked with Amanda Reid from Mandarina Studio since 2013. She has designed all the bedrooms in our condo, including a nursery. When we bought a larger house in 2016 and did a gut renovation, Amanda helped us design and furnish the entire house, including a large kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a playroom, home gym, and even the patio furniture. I can't say enough good things about Amanda. She is extremely professional, very sensitive to client requests and budget, her responsiveness and attention to detail is amazing. Every room in our house is beautiful, unique, and works for our family. Amanda is the best out there! We are getting the house professionally photographed soon, and will upload photos then!

Relocating from Manhattan, one welcome challenge was how to decorate when you are jumping from 700 to 4,000 square feet. The other more challenging aspect was how to reflect my design aesthetic and my husband’s while making it child friendly. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Mandarina and Amanda Reid was able to conceptualize, edit and put forth all of these ideas and make them materialize. This was not an easy task by any means! The challenge was creating a great design that has a modern feel but did not negate the architecture and integrity of the house which is over one hundred years old. Amanda helped us design a four square colonial home in Lexington.
